-Good Morning 4th Grade 🌞!

-Reading πŸ“š: Read Chapters 15-17 in Holes today, pages 69-79. Write your own title for each chapter on the yellow 🟨 Chapter Title sheet.

-Main Math Group➕➖✖➗: Watch the Module 5, Lesson 21 YouTube videoπŸ“Ί in the links, using visual models to add 2 fractions with different, but related denominators. It may help to watch the video a second time if you're having trouble. Then, complete the Lesson 21 Problem Set p. 109-110.  You can skip the Homework pages. Parents, please see the video lesson and/or the Eureka Parent Tip Sheet in the links if you need support (this is Module 5, Topics E and F).

-Math Un-Group: Skip Lesson 11. Watch the video πŸ“Ί for Module 6, Lesson 12. Complete the problem set p. 67-68. Skip the homework pages if this skill makes sense to you. Then, spend 20 minutes working on IXL skills in Section T.  Parents, please see the video lesson and/or the Eureka Parent Tip Sheet in the links if you need support (this is Module 6, Topics A and B).
Questions? Send them via email or google hangouts chat to me or Ms. Chrissy at cstreit@taoscharterschool.org

-Science πŸ¦…πŸ¦‰πŸ¦: Continue your Backyard Birdwatching each day this week with a "Bird of the Day" entry into your Bird ID Log. Write today's date, bird name, species name, and 2 things that helped you tell what kind of bird you saw. Use the All About Birds!, Merlin Bird ID, and Wikipedia links to help you classify the bird you see. See Monday's Science post for more info and examples.

-Video Conference Class Meeting πŸ“ΉπŸ’»: On Thursday, April 23 at 1:00, I'm planning to have a "Zoom" style class meeting on Google Meets to say hi, check in with each other, and maybe read a chapter or 2 together from Holes. I'll send out invitations with more information to your school gmail accounts @taoscharterschool.org on Wednesday. You should be checking those, so you can accept the invite and join us!

As always, if you have any questions or just want to say hi πŸ‘‹, email me πŸ“¨ mbonner@taoscharterschool.org
or chat πŸ’¬ with me (and each other) on Google Hangouts, which is in the lower left ↙️ part of your school gmail inbox.
Talk to you soon, MB πŸ™‚
