Good Morning 4th Grade 🌞!

-Reading πŸ“š: Read chapter 14, "Ms. Perfidy Leaves" in Everything on a Waffle, p. 125-139. Write a summary in your packet, and keep track of new vocabulary.

-Math Main Group: Watch the Module 5, Lesson 14 YouTube videoπŸ“Ί in the links, comparing fractions  > < = .Then, complete the Lesson 14 Problem Set p. 71-73, and homework pages p. 75-78. Don't get stuck or frustrated. It may help to watch the video a second or third time if you're having trouble. The teacher on the YouTube video is using a different edition, so the page numbers are different for you. However, the lesson itself should be the same as in your book. If there's something you just don't get, it's ok πŸ‘Œto skip it and go on to the next thing. Parents, please see the video lesson and/or the Eureka Parent Tip Sheet in the links if you need support (this is Module 5, Topic C).

-Math Un-Group: Watch the Module 5 YouTube videoπŸ“Ί(see the link) that goes with the lesson that you're working on. Do the problem set and homework pages for that unit. Please check in with me or Mr. Thayer 🧠 via email sthayer@taoscharterschool.org or Google Hangouts and let one of us know where you are in the Module and if you have any questions πŸ’❓. Parents, please also see the video lesson and/or the Eureka Parent Tip Sheets (Topics F, G, H) in the links if you need support. Are you guys almost finished with Mod 5?

-Spelling and Vocabulary: Written work is due via Google Docs if you haven't already shared it with me. Study for the Friday quiz, and try a practice quiz on Spelling City.
⭐With the written spelling work for the last 2 weeks, I've been grading your homework on Google Docs and leaving you the grade and a comment πŸ—© on the document.  Have you guys been seeing these grades and comments? I'm wondering if you can see those or not...  Please let me know via Google Hangouts. Thanks!

-Lexia/ IXL: This is plenty of work for today, so I'm not assigning any extra minutes on Lexia or IXL on Thursday.
