 -Math➕➖⨉➗ :  Complete p. 43-44 in your math book.

-Spelling and Vocabulary: Spend 30 minutes working on this week's written work. Written definitions are not required this week. But you should use the dictionary link to help find the difference in meaning between the homophone pairs when you are writing example sentences. Written work is due Friday. Use the games and activities at Spelling City to practice the words and definitions.

-Reading📚 : Spend 20 minutes working on your level of Lexia Core 5 reading.

-Art 🎨: Here is this week's art activity from Ms. Woodall. Looks like a lot of fun - give it a shot!


-There is no school or assignments on Wednesday, as it's a holiday to celebrate Taos Pueblo Day.

-Thursday's Class Meeting will start at 8:30 a.m.  Set your watches ⌚ so you won't be late!

Welcome to the TCS 4th Grade Blog!

Hello to all the incoming 4th grade students and parents at Taos Charter! I hope you've all have had a fantastic summer break. I really enjoyed mine too, but I'm glad to be back working in the classroom and excited to kick off another school year with this new group of kids. School starts Monday, August 17th at 8:15 AM. Fourth grade supply lists are available in the office or at the TCS website in the "For Parents" section. It's not necessary for everyone to have all the supplies on the first day. Pencils, folders, and composition books are the most important items. Until then, get outside, have some fun, and make the most of your last days of break. I'll see you bright and early on Monday! Our TCS Welcome Back Pot-Luck is Friday, August 14th from 5:30 to 7:00pm if you can make it. Thanks for taking the time to find and read our 4th grade blog! You've found it, Mr. Bonner's Blog! This is my very first foray into this realm of communication, so check back for more soon as I start to figure it all out.
