 -Math ➕➖⨉➗: Practice rounding numbers for 20 minutes in IXL Math, skills A20-A23.

-Spelling and Vocabulary: Spend 20 minutes at Spelling City using the games and activities there to practice the words and definitions from this week's list. When you're ready, take a quiz (If you've already gotten a 100% on the quiz, you can skip this!)

-Reading 📚: Use Lexia Core 5 for 20 minutes to practice skills on your level. Read Chapter 2 in your  Superfudge novel (optional, but encouraged).

-Digital Lunch Table is at 11:30. Invited today are Sophie, Clover, Lucas, Zaria, Luciano, Kiana, Sophia. Use the same link in GC that we use for our daily classes. 🍅🍓🍔🍜🍤🍪🍇🍍🍲🍴

-Monday is Labor Day, so enjoy your 3 day weekend! Have fun, but be safe. Keep wearing those masks, keep at least 6 feet away from others, and wash your hands a lot. See you Tuesday! 😀

Welcome to the TCS 4th Grade Blog!

Hello to all the incoming 4th grade students and parents at Taos Charter! I hope you've all have had a fantastic summer break. I really enjoyed mine too, but I'm glad to be back working in the classroom and excited to kick off another school year with this new group of kids. School starts Monday, August 17th at 8:15 AM. Fourth grade supply lists are available in the office or at the TCS website in the "For Parents" section. It's not necessary for everyone to have all the supplies on the first day. Pencils, folders, and composition books are the most important items. Until then, get outside, have some fun, and make the most of your last days of break. I'll see you bright and early on Monday! Our TCS Welcome Back Pot-Luck is Friday, August 14th from 5:30 to 7:00pm if you can make it. Thanks for taking the time to find and read our 4th grade blog! You've found it, Mr. Bonner's Blog! This is my very first foray into this realm of communication, so check back for more soon as I start to figure it all out.
