 -Math➕➖⨉➗ : 1. Complete p. 275-276, #8-27 in your math book on prime and composite numbers.

2. Spend 15 minutes practicing the starred skills ⭐ in sections A and D of IXL Math. You'll need to have a whiteboard or scrap paper handy to solve some of the problems.

-Reading 📚 : 1. Read p. 23-29 in the book "Moonwalk, The First Trip to the Moon."

2. Spend 20 minutes working on skills in your level of Lexia Core 5. Let me know when you complete a level, and I'll email you your hard-earned AWARD CERTIFICATE 👏🏆 🎆 😁👍 Also, let me know if you get stuck on a certain skill. I can help!

-Science 🚀🪐: At 12:15, tune into the live NASA.gov link to watch the Mars landing of the Perseverance mission on Mars.

-Digital Lunch Table for Thursday at 11:30 with Coach 🌮🥡🥗🥪🍎🥑: Lucas, Dalton, Avran, Justin, Colin, and Daniel B. -Thursday check-in group with Coach and Greta is at 1:10 for Colin, Gianna, Daniel V., Loveah, and Sophia. Welcome to the TCS 4th Grade Blog!

Hello to all the incoming 4th grade students and parents at Taos Charter! I hope you've all have had a fantastic summer break. I really enjoyed mine too, but I'm glad to be back working in the classroom and excited to kick off another school year with this new group of kids. School starts Monday, August 17th at 8:15 AM. Fourth grade supply lists are available in the office or at the TCS website in the "For Parents" section. It's not necessary for everyone to have all the supplies on the first day. Pencils, folders, and composition books are the most important items. Until then, get outside, have some fun, and make the most of your last days of break. I'll see you bright and early on Monday! Our TCS Welcome Back Pot-Luck is Friday, August 14th from 5:30 to 7:00pm if you can make it. Thanks for taking the time to find and read our 4th grade blog!
