 -Math➕➖⨉➗ : Complete p. 235-236, #4-7 on writing equations to help you solve multi-step word problems. 

-Spelling and Vocabulary: 1. Finish up this week's written work, assigned for you to do online at Google Classroom if you haven't already.  Then turn it in/ share it with me just like you did last week.

2. Spend 20 minutes on Vocabulary A-Z for practice games and activities with this week's list. Take a practice quiz to get ready for Friday.

-Reading 📚:  1. Write a Book Review of Drita, My Homegirl on the Book Review form that you got in our last materials exchange inside the manila folder. 

2.  Spend 20 minutes working on skills in your level of Lexia Core 5. Let me know when you complete a level, and I'll email you your hard-earned AWARD CERTIFICATE 👏🏆 🎆 😁👍 

-Thursday check-in group with Coach and Greta is at 1:10 for Colin, Gianna, Daniel V., Loveah, and Sophia. See you there!

-Math Review Group meets at 2:10 today for Zaria, Dalton, Avran, Loveah, Natalia, Daniel V., and Gianna.

-Friday's Class Meeting will start at 8:30 a.m. See you then 😃.

Welcome to the TCS 4th Grade Blog!

Hello to all the incoming 4th grade students and parents at Taos Charter! I hope you've all have had a fantastic summer break. I really enjoyed mine too, but I'm glad to be back working in the classroom and excited to kick off another school year with this new group of kids. School starts Monday, August 17th at 8:15 AM. Fourth grade supply lists are available in the office or at the TCS website in the "For Parents" section. It's not necessary for everyone to have all the supplies on the first day. Pencils, folders, and composition books are the most important items. Until then, get outside, have some fun, and make the most of your last days of break. I'll see you bright and early on Monday! Our TCS Welcome Back Pot-Luck is Friday, August 14th from 5:30 to 7:00pm if you can make it. Thanks for taking the time to find and read our 4th grade blog! You've found it, Mr. Bonner's Blog! This is my very first foray into this realm of communication, so check back for more soon as I start to figure it all out. It's my plan to use this space to post weekly spelling lists, math assignments, project information, announcements, and educational links.
