  -Math➕➖⨉➗ : Spend 20 minutes practicing skills D37. D38, D39 in IXL Math.  Use a whiteboard or scrap paper to solve the problems.

-Math Review Group: Meets today at 2:10 with Zaria, Dalton, Matthew, Loveah, Natalia, and Clover. See you then! 
-Reading/ History 📚 : 1. Read p. 223-226 in the History Book about the Battles of Lexington and Concord. Watch the videos posted at Google Classroom.
2. Answer questions 5 and 6 from the Set C question slip. Write your answers in full-sentence form in your Reading Journal. 
-Spelling and Vocabulary: Finish up this week's written work if you haven't already. Spend 15 minutes on the games and activities at Spelling City to practice the words and definitions. Take a practice quiz to get ready for our Friday quiz. 
-Friday's Class Meeting will start at 8:30 a.m. See you then 😃.

Welcome to the TCS 4th Grade Blog!

Hello to all the incoming 4th grade students and parents at Taos Charter! I hope you've all have had a fantastic summer break. I really enjoyed mine too, but I'm glad to be back working in the classroom and excited to kick off another school year with this new group of kids. School starts Monday, August 17th at 8:15 AM. Fourth grade supply lists are available in the office or at the TCS website in the "For Parents" section. It's not necessary for everyone to have all the supplies on the first day. Pencils, folders, and composition books are the most important items. Until then, get outside, have some fun, and make the most of your last days of break. I'll see you bright and early on Monday! Our TCS Welcome Back Pot-Luck is Friday, August 14th from 5:30 to 7:00pm if you can make it. Thanks for taking the time to find and read our 4th grade blog! You've found it, Mr. Bonner's Blog! This is my very first foray into this realm of communication, so check back for more soon as I start to figure it all out. It's my plan to use this space to post weekly spelling lists, math assignments, project information, announcements, and educational links.
