For Wednesday:
Good Morning 4th Grade! π
-Reading/ Historyπ : 1. Complete step #3 on your Revolutionary Biography Trading Card Project Checklist (revise and edit the Rough Draft of your paragraph).
2. Go on to Step #4 on the checklist (write the final draft of the paragraph in your best handwriting, or on Google Docs).
-Spelling and Vocabulary: Finish up the weekly written work, which is due Thursday. This week's list is up on Spelling City for games and practice.
-PE ππππππΏπΎπ―πͺπ: Get outside for some exercise, and keep moving for 20 minutes or more. Get that heart rate up! Keep track of your activity using Coach's Activity Log. See his Google Classroom for more info and activities. Questions? Email Coach at bvannevel@taoscharterschool.org
-Art! ππ¨ (From Ms. Katie): 1. If you first “draw” a picture with glue lines squeezed from your glue bottle, you can let them dry overnight. Make several “drawings” from the glue.
2. then paint watercolor inside the lines you made- pretty wet, and try to make the colors dark.
3. While paint is still wet, throw salt in between your dried glue outlines- it looks VERY cool. The salt dries bumpy and makes the paint textured- like these pictures. If you have any questions about the Art activity, please email Ms. Katie: kwoodall@taoscharterschool.org
-Virtual Secret Santa!: Check your school email for a message that contains the name of the person that you'll be giving a virtual gift to. The gifts are virtual and imaginary, so be creative! It can be anything at all, except money. Write down their name and your gift to them on a sheet of paper, so you can read it aloud during the Friday Icebreaker. Please keep this SECRET π€« π- it's much more fun if you don't tell anyone who you are gifting until you reveal it on Friday morning! π²
-Let me know on Google Hangouts if you need help.
-Thursday's Class Meeting starts at 8:30 a.m. See you then π.
