  Good Morning 4th Grade! 🌞

-Math➕➖⨉➗ :  Spend 20 minutes working on IXL Math skills D12 and D13.

-Spelling and Vocabulary:  Finish up the weekly written work, which is due Thursday. 

-PE 🏃🏀🏊🏂🏈🎿🎾🎯💪💓: Get outside for some exercise, and keep moving for 20 minutes or more. Get that heart rate up! Keep track of your activity using Coach's Activity Log. See his Google Classroom for more info. (Check your school Gmail for the invitation if you haven't already).

WEEK ONE –In class…Go to

1.   Get familiar with the site: Under Mask Gathering, you will find MASK OVERVIEW.   Read it and check out the Online Gallery to see some masks. Then continue down the page to read about MAKE A MASK (notice milk jug mask examples!) AND THE EXPLORATIONS. 

2.   The EXPLORATIONS link is where you find the 5 pathways through the whole site. Go There! Read text and watch the utube called Intro: Unmasking the Mask. What are the two ways MASKS are used? 

3. The Pathway called PRACTICAL EXPLORATIONS is mostly where we want to go this week. We do this by watching the Twirl Table Talk video. FYI, these masked people are all from Taos. 4. Your ART assignment this week is to draw 3 big face shapes. Think about the masks you saw and dream up Your own Practical Mask. What does it protect us from? Sketch three  possible ideas, on the faces, with details. Take a clear photo of  your favorite one and turn it in by Friday.
