For Monday

 -Math:  Spend about 15-20 minutes using the Khan Academy link reviewing and practicing place value skills.  Then go into IXL Math for 15-20 minutes practicing those starred skills in section A.

-Spelling and Vocabulary: Spend about 30 minutes starting your weekly written spelling work. See the instructions below. This work is not due until Thursday, so you don't have to finish it all today. Just get started and do some part of it each day. 

-Tuesday's Class Meeting will start at 8:30 a.m.  Set those watches ⌚ so you won't be late!

Welcome to the TCS 4th Grade Blog!

Hello to all the incoming 4th grade students and parents at Taos Charter! I hope you've all have had a fantastic summer break. I really enjoyed mine too, but I'm glad to be back working in the classroom and excited to kick off another school year with this new group of kids. School starts Monday, August 17th at 8:15 AM. Fourth grade supply lists are available in the office or at the TCS website in the "For Parents" section. It's not necessary for everyone to have all the supplies on the first day. Pencils, folders, and composition books are the most important items. Until then, get outside, have some fun, and make the most of your last days of break. I'll see you bright and early on Monday! Our TCS Welcome Back Pot-Luck is Friday, August 14th from 5:30 to 7:00pm if you can make it. Thanks for taking the time to find and read our 4th grade blog! You've found it, Mr. Bonner's Blog! This is my very first foray into this realm of communication, so check back for more soon as I start to figure it all out.
