Good Morning 4th Grade π!
-Main Math Group➕➖✖➗: Finish up the Module 5 test. Remember to circle problems #1, #5, #7A, 7B, 7C. Those are from lessons that we skipped, and are EXTRA CREDIT items that are optional. If you get them incorrect, they won't be counted. If you get them right, I'll give you Bonus Points. When you complete the test, keep it somewhere safe. You'll be handing this in with your books and other materials on Thursday.
-Math Un-Group π : Each day, spend 25 minutes working on IXL skills in 5th grade, sections A and B.
-Reading π: Finish filling out the Holes Book Review Form and answer the 3 Comprehension Questions in Google Forms. You may use the book and your chapter titles to help. When you're satisfied that it's your best work, submit it and I'll check your responses. You need to be logged in to your @taoscharterschool.org gmail account for the link to work. This is due by Tuesday, May 19 >>> Click here to begin! <<<

-Spelling and Vocabulary: There's no list this week. If you're missing any of the written work (5x practice and sentences) from any of the weeks since March 23, complete that work on Google Docs and share it with me by Wednesday at the latest so you can get credit. If you need an old list, they're all available for you to find if just scroll back in the class blog, or use Spelling City.
-Virtual Field Day: 1. Use this link to navigate to the virtual field day website. https://openphysed.org/fieldda yvideos
2. Watch the videos and choose 10 activities that you would like to try.
3. After you try your 10 activities, use this scoresheet to record your scores. Please return your scoresheet by Friday, May 22. https://openphysed.org/wp- content/uploads/2020/04/NFD-Sc oreCard-Official-V2.docx
4. (Optional) Please consider using a camera to record your activities and then share your video recordings with your class.
5. (Optional) As your classmates upload their videos, take time to watch your classmates' field day activities.

-Virtual Talent Show: We want to showcase the many talents of our students with a Virtual Talent Show! Please consider using a camera to record yourself performing one of your talents. What do I mean by talent? Well, you can sing, dance, do a magic trick, tell a joke, solve a Rubik's cube in record time, play a musical instrument, make a three point basket shot or a layup... the possibilities are endless!

-Materials Return and Pick-up: I've scheduled a time for 4th grade to drop off school materials at TCS, and pick up your own personal belongings that were in your desk and cubby. That will be on Thursday, May 21 anytime from 1:00-3:00 pm. I'll post and email out more specific information about this to you all on Tuesday.
