Halloween!

-Spelling: Study for the quiz.

-Math: Finish the front side of the green 2 digit x 1 digit multiplication practice sheet (Rows A to F).

-Costume Parade: K to 4th grades will have a costume parade at 1:30 on Friday outside on the basketball court. Parents are invited! Kids are welcome to bring in a healthy snack to share in class after the parade. No candy or soda, please. I'm sure they'll get enough sugar out trick-or-treating on Friday evening. And please remember that we have 3 fourth graders who have severe nut allergies, so nothing with any peanuts, pecans, cashews, etc.

Welcome to the TCS 4th Grade Blog!

Hello to all the incoming 4th grade students and parents at Taos Charter! I hope you've all have had a fantastic summer break. I really enjoyed mine too, but I'm glad to be back working in the classroom and excited to kick off another school year with this new group of kids. School starts Monday, August 17th at 8:15 AM. Fourth grade supply lists are available in the office or at the TCS website in the "For Parents" section. It's not necessary for everyone to have all the supplies on the first day. Pencils, folders, and composition books are the most important items. Until then, get outside, have some fun, and make the most of your last days of break. I'll see you bright and early on Monday! Our TCS Welcome Back Pot-Luck is Friday, August 14th from 5:30 to 7:00pm if you can make it. Thanks for taking the time to find and read our 4th grade blog!
