-Career Project: Step 7 on the orange sheet. Bring in your project on Tuesday to present early if you finish over the weekend. Due date is Wednesday.

-There's no school on Monday, May 6th for a teacher in-service day.

-Rehearse your joke or performance for the Talent Show which will be on Wednesday, May 8th at 1:00 p.m. in the Gym. Parents are invited.

-Upcoming Field Trip: We'll be taking an all-day trip to Bandelier National Monument on Friday, May 17th. More info will be going home next week.

Welcome to the TCS 4th Grade Blog!

Hello to all the incoming 4th grade students and parents at Taos Charter! I hope you've all have had a fantastic summer break. I really enjoyed mine too, but I'm glad to be back working in the classroom and excited to kick off another school year with this new group of kids. School starts Monday, August 17th at 8:15 AM. Fourth grade supply lists are available in the office or at the TCS website in the "For Parents" section. It's not necessary for everyone to have all the supplies on the first day. Pencils, folders, and composition books are the most important items. Until then, get outside, have some fun, and make the most of your last days of break. I'll see you bright and early on Monday! Our TCS Welcome Back Pot-Luck is Friday, August 14th from 5:30 to 7:00pm if you can make it. Thanks for taking the time to find and read our 4th grade blog! You've found it, Mr. Bonner's Blog! This is my very first foray into this realm of communication, so check back for more soon as I start to figure it all out. It's my plan to use this space to post weekly spelling lists, math assignments, project information, announcements, and educational links.
