-Math: Study Links 3-3 (p. 49), and spend 20 minutes working on IXL Math skills D1, D2, D3, D4.

-Headphones: Students need to have their own headphones this year to use with our educational software, especially Lexia. The school's supply of headphones is decreasing rapidly due to breakage, and we no longer have enough to go around. Please bring in your own set (with your name on it somewhere), if you haven't brought some in already. Used sets are fine. Also, donations of new or used headphones are being graciously accepted in all grade-levels.

Welcome to the TCS 4th Grade Blog!

Hello to all the incoming 4th grade students and parents at Taos Charter! I hope you've all have had a fantastic summer break. I really enjoyed mine too, but I'm glad to be back working in the classroom and excited to kick off another school year with this new group of kids. School starts Monday, August 17th at 8:15 AM. Fourth grade supply lists are available in the office or at the TCS website in the "For Parents" section. It's not necessary for everyone to have all the supplies on the first day. Pencils, folders, and composition books are the most important items. Until then, get outside, have some fun, and make the most of your last days of break. I'll see you bright and early on Monday! Our TCS Welcome Back Pot-Luck is Friday, August 14th from 5:30 to 7:00pm if you can make it. Thanks for taking the time to find and read our 4th grade blog!
