TCS World Fair is Thursday, May 9th!

-The school’s annual World Fair is coming soon on May 9! Friends of Taos Charter School is seeking a parent who would like to organize a cake walk. We are looking for volunteers to help organize and with class games! If you can do this, please contact Betsy Kinney at bkinney@taoscharterschool.org or Roberta Lerman at rlerman57@gmail.com.
We also need some parents from 4th grade to volunteer to help plan our class Carnival Game Booth. Please email me mbonner@taoscharterschool.org if you can help out for this fun end-of-the-year event for the whole school.

Welcome to the TCS 4th Grade Blog!

Hello to all the incoming 4th grade students and parents at Taos Charter! I hope you've all have had a fantastic summer break. I really enjoyed mine too, but I'm glad to be back working in the classroom and excited to kick off another school year with this new group of kids. School starts Monday, August 17th at 8:15 AM. Fourth grade supply lists are available in the office or at the TCS website in the "For Parents" section. It's not necessary for everyone to have all the supplies on the first day. Pencils, folders, and composition books are the most important items. Until then, get outside, have some fun, and make the most of your last days of break. I'll see you bright and early on Monday! Our TCS Welcome Back Pot-Luck is Friday, August 14th from 5:30 to 7:00pm if you can make it. Thanks for taking the time to find and read our 4th grade blog! Welcome Parents and Students!

You've found it, Mr. Bonner's Blog! This is my very first foray into this realm of communication, so check back for more soon as I start to figure it all out. It's my plan to use this space to post weekly spelling lists, math assignments, project information, announcements, and educational links.
