Swim or ice skate in AM ($1)

(Will walk back to school in time to eat in the cafeteria)

Weather Permitting, Geology hike East of TCS 12:30-2:00


Tuesday 1/26/15 -

Swim or ice skate in AM ($1)

12:00-1:00 Eat lunch at Guad. Grill ($4 bus fee - and

students pay for any food they purchase)


Tuesday 2/2/15

Swim or ice skate in AM ($1)Bring a sack lunch to eat at the Taos Youth and Family Center

12:30-2:00 Hands-on enrichment activity at Twirl


Tuesday 2/9/15

Swim or ice skate in AM ($1) Bring a sack lunch to eat at the Taos Youth and Family Center

12:00-2:00 Watch a movie (entire theater reserved for TCS) at the Mitchel Theater ($4 bus fee and $5 for the movie)

(students pay $4.50 if they want a snack pack)

Welcome to the TCS 4th Grade Blog!

Hello to all the incoming 4th grade students and parents at Taos Charter! I hope you've all have had a fantastic summer break. I really enjoyed mine too, but I'm glad to be back working in the classroom and excited to kick off another school year with this new group of kids. School starts Monday, August 17th at 8:15 AM. Fourth grade supply lists are available in the office or at the TCS website in the "For Parents" section. It's not necessary for everyone to have all the supplies on the first day. Pencils, folders, and composition books are the most important items. Until then, get outside, have some fun, and make the most of your last days of break. I'll see you bright and early on Monday! Our TCS Welcome Back Pot-Luck is Friday, August 14th from 5:30 to 7:00pm if you can make it. Thanks for taking the time to find and read our 4th grade blog!
