-Math: Study Links 7-1 (p. 145), and deliver the Unit 7 Family Letter.

-Science: Finish Step #9 on the orange checklist (final draft). If your final draft is already finished, start Steps #10 and #11 (add images and write the bibliography). We'll print final drafts and create title pages in the library on Tuesday.

-PARRC Testing: Today we completed the reading and language arts sessions of the test. The math sessions will be next Tuesday and Thursday, March 17 and 19.

Welcome to the TCS 4th Grade Blog!

Hello to all the incoming 4th grade students and parents at Taos Charter! I hope you've all have had a fantastic summer break. I really enjoyed mine too, but I'm glad to be back working in the classroom and excited to kick off another school year with this new group of kids. School starts Monday, August 17th at 8:15 AM. Fourth grade supply lists are available in the office or at the TCS website in the "For Parents" section. It's not necessary for everyone to have all the supplies on the first day. Pencils, folders, and composition books are the most important items. Until then, get outside, have some fun, and make the most of your last days of break. I'll see you bright and early on Monday! Our TCS Welcome Back Pot-Luck is Friday, August 14th from 5:30 to 7:00pm if you can make it. Thanks for taking the time to find and read our 4th grade blog!
