For Friday:
-Math: Complete 855-856 in My Math, and practice IXL skills P19, P20, P21.
-Spelling: Study for the quiz.
-Career Project: Step #2 on the green checklist, and deliver the parent note.
-Parents, the class is beginning a career education project which will require your assistance and involvement. Each student will be choosing a career that they are going to be studying. As part of the project, I’ve asked the students to arrange a visit and an interview with a local person who has the career that they choose. Please assist your son or daughter in contacting this person (perhaps you have a friend or a colleague who would work). The culminating activity of the project will be a posterboard presentation by each student teaching the class about the career that they've studied. The presentations will begin Monday, May 9 (or sooner if students finish early). Students have more information about the specifics of the project.
