-History: Complete steps 4, 5, 7, and 8 on the green checklist - final draft, images, and the bibliography. Be ready to present and hand in your report. You can print, organize, and staple here in class on Thursday morning if you need to. Practice reading your final draft out loud at home a couple of times so you'll be ready to go.

-If you aren't ready to hand in your history report on Thursday, you can take an extra day to finish everything up, and then hand it in on Friday. That's OK with me, but be sure to make the most of the 2 days you have left to write the BEST report you can.

-Secret Santa: Please bring in your wrapped gifts on Thursday or Friday if you haven't already.

Welcome to the TCS 4th Grade Blog!

Hello to all the incoming 4th grade students and parents at Taos Charter! I hope you've all have had a fantastic summer break. I really enjoyed mine too, but I'm glad to be back working in the classroom and excited to kick off another school year with this new group of kids. School starts Monday, August 17th at 8:15 AM. Fourth grade supply lists are available in the office or at the TCS website in the "For Parents" section. It's not necessary for everyone to have all the supplies on the first day. Pencils, folders, and composition books are the most important items. Until then, get outside, have some fun, and make the most of your last days of break. I'll see you bright and early on Monday! Our TCS Welcome Back Pot-Luck is Friday, August 14th from 5:30 to 7:00pm if you can make it. Thanks for taking the time to find and read our 4th grade blog!
