-Career Project: Continue working on steps 3 to 6 on the orange checklist. - Run for Boston : Cully's family is organizing a 5K run this weekend to raise funds to support the victims of the bombing at the Boston Marathon. It starts at 9:00 a.m. Sunday at Kit Carson Park. Come on out to help a great cause, and get a really cool t-shirt too!

For Thursday:

-Math: Study Links 9-9 -Spelling: Written work is due. Study for the quiz.

For Wednesday:

-Math: Study Links 9-8 -Career Project: Continue working on steps 3, 4, 5, and 6 on the orange checklist.

-Math: Study Links 9-6. -Spelling: Written work is due. Study for the practice quiz. -Career Project: Deliver the yellow parent note, complete Step #1 on the orange project sheet, and bring it back to school on Thursday.

For Friday:

-Math: Complete the yellow Fraction/ Decimal/ Percent worksheet. Study and practice those equivalents for a quiz on Friday. -Spelling: Practice for the Friday quiz. Finish your written spelling work if you didn't have it done today.

For Wednesday:

-Math: Practice the fraction/ decimal/ percent equivalents using websites or home-made flashcards. -Reading Club will meet Wednesday after school from 3:00 to 3:45.

For Tuesday:

-Math: Study Links pages 196 and 197.

Spelling and Vocabulary List 4/8/13

Over the weekend:

-Math: SL 9-1, and deliver the Unit 9 Family Letter. Also practice IXL 5th grade skills V.8, V.9, and U.3. -Reading: Read chapters 2 and 3 of Shiloh, and write a summary for each. -Allergy season is here, and the class is going through a lot of Kleenex.
